Pashence Barrera

Pashence Barrera serves as Director of Finance & Client Experience at Journey Advisory Group, where she oversees the firm’s financial management while also leading initiatives that enhance the overall client experience. In this role, she manages the organization’s financial operations, maintains strong financial controls, and works closely with executive leadership to support strategic planning and informed decision-making.

In addition to financial leadership, Pashence partners with internal teams to ensure clients receive a seamless and high-quality experience throughout their relationship with the firm. She helps develop processes, systems, and service standards that strengthen operational efficiency while keeping client needs at the center of the organization.

Pashence holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University–Central Texas. Originally from Texas, she relocated to Kentucky in 2024 to continue growing her career with Journey Advisory Group.

Outside of work, Pashence enjoys following sports, especially cheering on the Tennessee Titans (“Titan Up!”). She also enjoys catching games for the Cincinnati Reds and FC Cincinnati whenever she can. When she’s not watching or attending games, you’ll likely find her exploring new travel destinations, reading a good book, spending time with friends, or hanging out with her goldendoodle, Coach.
