Daniel is a Business Consultant to Journey Advisory Group. Daniel’s passion for investments, markets, and research has served his clients well during his twenty plus years in the profession. As both an employee of various firms and most recently as a self-employed business owner, Daniel has successfully guided clients as well as a Private Fund. He has served as a trusted advisor for affluent, high-net- worth clients, as well as ultra-high-net-worth clients including business owners and medical professionals.
Daniel is the managing member of Herr Investment Group which concluded investment advisory operations in the second half of 2024. In his role as independent consultant to Journey Advisory Group, Daniel will continue his focus on what he loves most about the profession, investment research. Daniel serves on the board of directors of a company that offers a technology driven visual analytics platform. Daniel also has extensive experience in the dairy farming industry as a contributing partner for various dairy operations.
Daniel graduated Phi Beta Kappa with general honors from Johns Hopkins University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Minor in Economics.
Daniel and his wife have four young children, all under the age of 10. He serves in a volunteer role for two charities, one as board member of a charity that focuses on childhood genetic disorders and the other as a development committee member of a primary school.
