Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Receptionist, back office administration, filing, calendar management, client meeting preparation, sending information to clients, ordering office supplies and ad-hoc projects
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
A minimum of 3-5 years of reception/office admin support experience
Desire to grow and learn in an ever-changing environment.
A self-starter with strong organizational skills, capable of consistently meeting deadlines.
Must be comfortable working in a small entrepreneurial environment where all employees regularly assist others in helping carry out the firm’s mission.
Attention to detail is an essential qualification for success in the role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship or restriction now and in the future.
What we are looking for –
The Receptionist will provide administrative support to our Portfolio Administrator/Advisors, assisting with client needs and requests.
The Receptionist will have significant direct contact with our clients and requires superb and highly polished client service skills.
As a Receptionist, you will –
Respond to a high volume of requests from clients and Portfolio Administrator/Advisors in a TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL manner.
